Two Tone Service

Once purchased the two tone service can not be cancelled. If a product you have selected and purchased through the website includes the two tone service, if we have already begun with the two tone process the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. The two tone process is usually started immediately during open hours. When we two tone replicas we strip them down to their component parts and then spray them before reassembly. Two tone products are modified from their original state meaning we cannot cancel or refund the order once it has begun.

Should you need to cancel your order you will need to get in touch with us straight away (preferably by phone) and before the two tone process is started. Failure to do so will result in the order being unable to be cancelled. Two toning may result in your order taking slightly longer to ship out due to the painting process. Usually they are shipped same day but this depends on how many two tone order we receive at the given time.
We will of course complete the order as fast as possible.
