M4 AEG Airsoft Gun Blows Away the Competition

The M4 Airsoft gun is the perfect entry-level weapon for beginner players. This weapon is lightweight, accurate, reliable, and performs well in both close quarters and long-range scenarios. On the field of battle, this Airsoft gun delivers realistic response, recoil, and reloading effects. It has a reputation for maintaining its firepower during a long day of milsim play. You will see in example after example that Airsoft aficionados love the M4 and consider it an essential part of their gaming arsenal.

The M4 Carbine is one of the most-used rifles in the world today, along with the AK-47. It is a shorter and lighter redesign of the famous M16, also known as the AR-15 Assault Rifle, which was used by American combat troops in Viet Nam. Because of the reliability and flexibility of the M4 in a variety of field conditions over the years, versions of this weapon have remained the favorite of the US Army until today. As a result of a product improvement program, the next-gen M4A1 is rapidly gaining in popularity.

As a result of the real-world popularity of the M4 in military operations, the M4 Airsoft gun has been made available to gamers in a range of sizes and price points, starting at £44.99 for the M83 M4 Carbine and running all the way to £379.98 for the Kings Arm CQB-R Advance Airsoft Rifle. For the best combination of accuracy and affordability in a lightweight weapon that competes well in both close quarters battles and long-distance firing, try the Classic Army M15A4 Sportsline AEG Carbine Rifle at £149.99.

Classic Army Nemesis DT-4 Double Barrel M4 AEG £509.99

The Classic Army Nemesis DT4 is completely made of metal with the exceptions of the buttstock and the pistol grip . It weighs just under three and a half kilos, which is heavier than your standard M4 but a lot lighter than an M249. It has a five position adjustable stock that also houses your battery. The pistol grip and controls are standard that you'd find on most M4s but this one does come with an ambidextrous selector and a nice flat trigger.

The gun itself does have a double mag housing so it can feed two independent barrels at the same time. Two barrels means it's twice as thick as your normal M4. Along the top you do get a full length rail system with metal flip of iron sights. These have got full adjustability for windage and your elevation. At the front you have got an m lock star handguard which has been stretched out to house those two outer barrels. Each metal barrel holds a standard flash hider that can be taken off by undoing the grub screws and reveals a 14 millimeter counter clockwise thread. Internally you do get two independent barrels and hop units that can be accessed by the ejection ports on both sides. The fake bolt catch is held back by pulling the charging handle and once you're finished it can be released.

Inside the gearbox itself there is a motor running a standard version 2 set of gears those gears itself pulls back a double piston that powers both barrels. Also each piston has got its own quick change spring system so if you need to change one of those springs out it's easily done. But apart from that you also got a programmable mosfets inside the gearbox and you can program this purely off the trigger so you don't need anything externally to do this. You can lock it to single shot three or even five round bursts but as to double barrel that means that you're actually firing six or ten shots at a time.

FAQs

1.     What is a BB gun used for?  BB guns are mostly used for practice shooting and training. The stronger ones (i.e. Air Rifles) can also control pests or hunt small animals.

2.     Do you need a Licence in the UK for a BB gun? No, you don't need a licence for a BB gun in the UK, but there are rules. The BB Gun needs to be in two colours; one has to be a primary. All our guns are on the website as per default.

3.     Is a BB gun a good weapon?   BB guns, despite sometimes being seen as toys, can be dangerous. They fire pellets at high speeds and can cause serious harm, or even be deadly in some situations.

4.     Can you shoot BB guns in public in the UK without a Firearm license? BB guns in the UK navigate a legal grey area. While certain models, notably low-power 'soft air' types, typically evade classification as section 1 firearms, more potent versions may require a valid firearms certificate to avoid legal repercussions.

5.     Can you shoot a BB gun in your garden? You can use a BB gun in your garden under UK law, but you have to ensure the pellets don't go into your neighbour's yard, plot or land. If they do and you don't have permission, it's against the law.

6.     Which UK law am I breaking if the pellets go into my neighbour's law without permission?  If your BB gun pellets go into your neighbour's yard without permission, you're breaking UK laws. Specifically, the 1968 Firearms Act and possibly the 2003 Anti-Social Behaviour Act, because you may be causing your neighbours trouble or worry.
