Double Eagle 8.5 DWS LUPUS w/ Folding Stock - Gas Blowback Rifle (MWS System / Steel Bolt - G108A-02 BK)

If you crave the intense physical feedback of a gas blowback system but need an agile, point-and-shoot primary tailored for rapid room clearance and tight CQB angles, the Double Eagle 8.5 DWS LUPUS w/ Folding Stock - Gas Blowback Rifle (MWS System / Steel Bolt - G108A-02 BK) is engineered to dominate. Inspired by modern monolithic compact combat rifles, the LUPUS pairs the unmatched gas efficiency and cold-weather resistance of the Tokyo Marui Z-System / MWS architecture with rugged, factory-fitted steel internals straight out of the box.

At the heart of the G108A-02 model is a pre-installed CNC-machined steel bolt carrier group. Unlike standard cast-alloy bolts that wear out rapidly under high-pressure green gas, this steel carrier delivers a crisp, authentic mechanical recoil impulse with every trigger squeeze while resisting deformation. Because the LUPUS design utilizes an internal buffer-and-guide-rod assembly housed completely within the upper receiver, it eliminates the traditional AR buffer tube entirely. This allows the rifle to cycle smoothly and fire cleanly whether the skeleton stock is fully locked open or folded flat against the receiver.

Up front, the compact 8.5-inch outer barrel keeps the muzzle lightning-fast between target transitions, shrouded by a monolithic upper and sleek M-LOK handguard that leaves plenty of room for weapon torches, angled foregrips, and pressure switches. A continuous 20mm top Picatinny rail accommodates your favourite micro red-dot sights, holographic optics, or compact magnifiers. Fully ambidextrous lower controls—including the fire selector, magazine release, and bolt catch—ensure seamless manipulation for both left- and right-handed shooters.

The robust side-folding stock snaps securely into place for stable shouldered shots or folds away at the touch of a button, turning the rifle into an ultra-discreet PDW package that slips easily into backpacks and compact transport bags. Feeding from standard Tokyo Marui MWS-pattern gas magazines (including the included 35-round gas magazine), the DWS LUPUS 8.5 offers unbeatable aftermarket part support, rock-solid reliability, and thrilling gas recoil in a cutting-edge compact silhouette.
